Return to the account you used before

The sign-in method matters. An email login and a provider login can lead you to different account details if you choose a different option when returning.

Begin from the conversation area

If you originally used a provider such as Google, do not assume an email-and-password option is the same route. Follow the labels shown by the account flow you are using.

  1. Open conversations or start from a companion profile.
  2. Choose the account option presented by the application.
  3. Complete any verification in that sign-in flow.
  4. Check the account identity and previous activity before making another purchase.

Match an unexpected balance to its account

Compare the current email or provider with the purchase receipt. A different signed-in identity is worth ruling out before reporting lost credits or a missing membership.

If the original method fails, record the visible error rather than repeatedly creating new accounts. Keep a receipt reference so support can identify the purchase without payment secrets.

Keep verification inside the login flow

Passwords and verification codes are not support-ticket details. Report the selected method, device, browser and error without sending the secret that would let someone enter the account.

On shared devices, sign out when finished. Before clearing site cookies, make sure you know which method you need to sign back in.

Useful answers

Questions: Account access

How do I reach Nectar AI sign-in?

Open the conversations area or begin from a character. When the application asks you to sign in, choose the method associated with your existing account.

Why would a paid membership disappear after login?

First compare the current account identity with the original purchase. If they match, send the receipt reference and the displayed membership information to private support.

Does using another phone require another Nectar account?

No. Open the browser service and return with your original sign-in method. A different device or a shortcut does not require a separate account.

Can support ask me to share a login code?

Keep login codes and passwords to yourself. You can explain the error and identify the sign-in method without giving support a credential that grants access.
