Identify the request being priced
The model and output settings determine which action you are asking for. An image, a high-resolution clip and a live call can have different rates; a conversation context allowance does not describe all three.
Check an offer's conditions as well as its total
Read the currency, purchase amount, deadline and eligibility together. An introductory benefit may apply only to a first purchase or a particular offer, so do not carry assumptions over from an older banner.
Keep track when a balance looks wrong
Record the transaction reference, time and action. If a delayed result appears later, mention it in the same support conversation. Keep account information private while the purchase is identified.
