Requests and private correspondence
To retrieve a page, your browser sends the hosting service the requested address and connection information. When you email us, the message and relevant identifiers help us understand the enquiry and reply. Do not include account passwords or complete card details.
Choices kept on your device
Saved character hearts and the selected language use local browser storage. They belong to that browser's site data; clearing it also clears those saved preferences there.
Visit measurement
Google Analytics helps us measure page visits and interactions. The tag sends measurement information to Google and can use cookies for visitor and session distinctions. Browser cookie controls can restrict storage, but a private window alone does not prevent measurement.
Questions and data requests
Tell support which account or enquiry you mean and what action you are requesting. Relevant verification may be required before information can be released or removed. Share only what is necessary to identify the request.
