Review the visual identity first
Choose the available category and style, set an adult age and work through hair, eyes and the other appearance choices. These should describe the same person as the written profile.
Hair, eyes, ethnicity and body type are fixed after creation. Age, Personality, Greeting and additional traits have editing options subject to the access included in your plan.
Show how the personality works
A list of adjectives gives little indication of what a character does when something goes wrong. Add a habit, a meaningful interest and a relationship to the person entering the story.
Separate the fields and check sharing
- Use Personality for temperament, history and relationships.
- Use Greeting to start the actual conversation.
- Author Comments address people reading the profile, not the fictional companion.
- Review Visible to public? before finishing. A public submission is reviewed before it appears in discovery.
Test the behaviour in a small scene
If the character is reluctant to trust a stranger, introduce an uncertain proposal. If they are meant to notice details, give them one to notice. Edit the behaviour you see in the replies rather than adding a new adjective after every test.
