Separate an adjustable setting from a fixed limit
| Part of the service | What you can work with | Where a limit remains |
|---|---|---|
| Chat | Writing length, instructions and model choices | Individual responses vary even with the same preferences. |
| Memory | Saved story facts and important entries | Recent context is finite; a new chat needs its own facts. |
| Characters | Personality, greeting and supported edits | Hair, eyes, ethnicity and body type are fixed at creation. |
| Media | Companion selection, prompt and output settings | Another generation can use additional credits. |

Use one repeated task to form your own view
Continue one scene for several exchanges before drawing a conclusion about dialogue. Notice whether the response fits the character, follows your latest action and leaves you space to answer.
For media, compare the requested character and scene with the output and note the settings and retry cost. A good chat impression does not tell you the price of a video or live call.
Send a purchase concern somewhere it can be identified
Private support can use a receipt reference, action, time and visible error to investigate a charge. A public review cannot safely contain passwords, full payment details or login codes.
If an output appears after you reported it missing, add that update to the same conversation so the sequence remains clear.
